With almost 40% of the population working more than 50 hours a week, more and more health problems have been linked to Americans working longer hours. One of those health problems is the increased risk of alcohol use and problems such as liver disease, mental disorders, and heart disease. A recent study shows that working longer house may increase risky alcohol use by up to 13%.
