Massage Chair Relief in Cerritos is phenomenal!! I bought a Dcore 2(my second chair from there) a few weeks ago. I thought initially this would be the perfect chair but after a few weeks of use I realized it wasn’t perfect missing a few things of my older Osaki Jp 4s that I missed-zero gravity and Segmental Stretching of the spine. I went back to Michael and as they have a 90 day exchange policy, Michael recommended the Fujiryoki JP4000. This new chair hits all the right spots for me. The guys who came to exchange chairs were excellent and I didn’t have to do anything. I love Massage Chair relief at Cerritos and Dr Weidner is a man you can trust. If you buy a chair from anyone else and you change your mind after a few days then you are stuck with an expensive unusable piece of furniture. Don’t go anywhere else because their policies of Lifetime Labor and 90 day return/exchange protects the consumer. They have me as a customer for life! Massage Chair Relief-you had me at hello!

Michael was fabulous when he showed us the chairs, and the whole process was fabulous. The guys that delivered, the chair went way beyond and above. We're very nice and took great pains not to damage any of the floors or anything really professional I would recommend buying your chair here

You can reach out with any question or concern months after a purchase and they will get back to you quickly, not ghost you. They also provide a lifetime labor warranty, so even if you are out of the manufacturer warranty you just pay for parts and they will take care of the fix. Lifetime! The showroom had a great selection of chairs from multiple brands, between entry level to high end. Michael was great at helping determine what features I wanted and which ones I didn't need. Trying different chairs, you realize that everyone has different body shapes and you don't know what you like until you sit in the chair. There was no sales pressure from Michael to buy all the bells and whistles. In the end, we chose a chair in the middle tier with a lot of bang for the buck Thanks again for helping me find a birthday gift for my mom. Chair was shipped from warehouse to Arkansas.

Michael has been absolutely wonderful throughout this entire process. I purchased my massage chair about 6 or 7 years ago, and when it recently stopped working, I was worried it would be difficult to get help after so many years. But from the very beginning, Michael was incredibly kind, patient, and responsive. He took the time to help me through everything, arranged for someone to come remove the broken part, kept me updated, and continued following up until the repaired part was returned to me. Even after the part arrived back today, he immediately helped arrange for a technician to come reinstall it for me. Excellent customer service like this is very rare nowadays.
