    It would take the entire 82nd Airborne Division to extract this chair from our possession. We’ve had it for about a week and find it indispensable. It provides 12 excellent pre-programmed massages such as “royal treatment” and “sweet dreams.” The stretch program, which is unique to this chair is wonderful.

    Also, the company, Massage Chair Relief, is great to work with.

    This chair is the ferrari of massage chairs. We absolutely love it and my husband spends two or three times a day in it. When we first decided to buy a massage chair we spent over 2 hours in the store sitting in every chair and deciding which one was the best for both of us. My husband likes a vigorous massage while I prefer a gentle to soothing depending on the program I choose. We both love the 12 different programs and we each have our favorites. The chair comes with extra pads which I use every time. That was a bonus for me. The auto scan and zero gravity features are a plus in my opinion. We have friends and family that beg to use it everytime they come over. I can’t tell you the difference it has made in the way we feel when we finish using it. My husband has a lot more energy and I can tell the little aches and pains we both have are getting so much better. Lastly, Shawn was amazing helping us choose the right chair for us. By the way, I would love his job. The emails from Alan were very helpful and the delivery was supreme. The entire experience was exceptional and we couldn’t be happier!

    I had tried several different chairs at different places but learned almost nothing from the salesmen.
    I saw this ad from Massage Chair Relief. I called to see if they had a showroom somewhere near me. It was not close but they offered me an appointment to try their chairs. Best decision!
    The rep at the showroom put me is a Chair for a full cycle to get feedback as to what I was looking for in a Chair. After trying several
    I always came back to The Positive Posture Brio Sport. It was by far the best for me. He gave some price offers with no pressure. I went home, decided to read more about this Chair. The first search brings it up in a sales ad from COSTCO..
    I made contact with Al. told him about the ad ad promptly matched the price. including, shipping, white gloves set at delivery Android life time warranty.
    I love this chair! It has a program I have never experienced or read about before “Core Rotation ” it’s amazing! of course all the other programs are great too. You also have the ability to set your own manual programs or alter one of the programed ones.( you can adjust air pressure, roller pressure and width)
    A top quality product, looks great. The remote is very simple, direct = user friendly.
    if you are truly looking for a great massage chair…. top of the line L track with ability to do things no other Chair I tried does …. this is for you!
    it does not waste money on creature features like stereo speaker system or expensive cosmetic design.
    Instead it has top of the line mechanical superior features.

    WARNING! Osaki Titan Massage Chairs are consistently defective (I have had 3 in my home, 2 were replacements of mistakes or defective products!). Not only do these expensive chairs fail, the company does not stand behind their very expensive but defective chairs. I have had an 8 month nightmare experience trying to get fixes for my defective chair. Osaki Titan has sent me wrong parts to replace and has a snarky, unprofessional, nonremorseful, attitude with very poor communication. Without the support of Massage Chair Relief and Dr. Weidner, I would have had no response or attempts at solving this problem. Dr. Weidner stands behind his products and will suggest a company that does the same. Osaki Titan is simply the worst retail company I have had the misfortune of dealing with, and you would be foolish to give them any of your business.

    I purchased the Daiwa Pegasus 2 Smart Massage Chair and couldn’t be happier. Like my cousin said “man that thing will take you to the moon”. I purchased this from Massage Chair Relief for several reasons, one they only carry top of the line models that are proven to work super good and not break down. They have and excellent delivery and set up protocol, free chair moving, free return shipping and the biggest one for me was free labor for the life of the chair. I couldn’t buy a chair that I thought might break and then try to find someone to fix or just move it the garage and let it sit. I bought a chair from an American Company with their corporate headquarters in Los Angeles which isn’t far from me and I got a 5 year warranty. This is where it gets better I used my CITI card and they offered an additional 2 year warranty! that would be huge thanks to Dominic who works in the showroom in Cerritos. Now let talk about the chair itself. There are kinds of a lot of options to use on the remote but after you use it a few times I recommend going back and watching the youtube video it will help you learn some things that you might have not experienced. I basically like all of the auto programs just pick one and relax for 20 minutes. The massage itself is so amazing the chair scans your body and then begins working and the massage is amazing its like have three or four people massage your whole body. I started off with the standard settings and found that I like it a little softer so I used the 3D button to get it to a 1 or 2 and I can tell that over that past couple of months my back is getting stronger just from using the massage chair. This chair works out the kinks and tense areas and will make you feel terrific. On the weekends I do a 20 minute session just before I take a nap what a great combo and a good nap. I really like to run three sessions for a total of 60 minutes and I am almost asleep before I even get out of the chair. I highly recommend a massage chair for anyone even my wife and I love ours and sometimes take turns between 20 minute sessions while watching a movie. Oh I forgot to mention one of my favorite parts the glutes. If you ever had a glute massage they are terrific but its a little uncomfortable asking for one of those. I had one where the masseuse used her elbow to get a deep tissue massage and that was great. But the chair I have is 3D and the rollers go down to your lower body and really hit the glutes and all of the pockets in this area and there is no embarrassment whatsoever. What is even better the chair does a shiatsu massage to that you cant get any where and this is one of my favorite things. In closing I love the chair and I have extended warranty and free labor for life thanks Massage Chair Relief.

    The Daiwa Supreme is not for everyone. I tested it for two weeks and concluded that it would not work for me. The good things are that it is a comfortable chair, it appears to be heavy duty, it is pleasant looking, and the stretch program is INCREDIBLY powerful. For those wanting stretch, this is it (my back cracked every time, it was just short of painful). There are three reasons for return (they are the three missing stars). 1) The programming is woefully inadequate. I have owned two previous chairs in the moderate price range and their programming was way superior. Programming the rollers and orchestrating the aircells are the heart of the chair. It is the personality.
    One example: ALL of the 12 auto programs use only low speed range and 2-4-6 width, ALL OF THE TIME. They spent nothing on programming. 2) The upper rollers when travelling vertically, roll over the vertebrae a lot, and smash C6-T2. (beware this problem, it is painful). 3) The final complaint is delicately sensitive: how can I put this? The bottom roller carriage (4 rollers) which claim to be gluteus
    maximus massagers do not go out from the center. They are rollers but feel like probes and they are probing in restricted territory!
    I could describe the characteristics but (butt?) the reader should self explore.
    I realize that this review is disturbing. I wish I read it first. I switched to the Super Novo and it is FABULOUS.

    I visited the store in Mesa three times, and was help by Shawn, he was great, very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. My first trip I tried many chairs for the first time and left there with a top 5, I felt quite energized from the massage experience. Shawn took copious notes so although when I returned for a second test drive Shawn was very helpful as he reminded me not only which chairs I liked which I did remember, but also why I liked each of them. I took several weeks off my Massage chair search and was considering a Hot tub instead when Shawn phoned me with a floor model they were selling at a discount, again Shawns notes paid off as it was one of the top three chairs I tried. Two days after that call I was paying Shawn another visit, Had a tough time deciding as there as a new chair there that was amazing, but just did not quite fit in my shoulders, I pondered how I could make it work, In the end I purchased the Ogawa MasterDriver AI, and amazingly it was delivered and setup the very next day. The Crew of two that installed were very professional in setting up the chair. Now the great part, The first day I used the chair for about 1 hour and slept through the night for the 1st time in well a very long time. I’ve had the chair for almost three weeks now my activity levels have significantly increased My golf had game suffered as I was trying to figure out my new body, but I’ve went from barely managing 1 round a week to three to four, I had lost about 15 yards distance per club this past year and last week, all of that had returned. The chair is wonderful, it is quite and effective.

    I received my Hubble just over 3 weeks ago. Dr Weidner gave me a nice review of the device before my purchase and nothing has disappointed me yet with the chair. Though the main chair is quite heavy, it fit through my main house door easily with the use of a dolly. I had a couple of questions installing the side rests; however, Daiwa’s tech helped me quickly solve the problem over the phone. I’ve tried all the preset massage settings and all have been very nice. The remote is very easy to use. My wife and I have been using the chair most days and we’re both very happy with it thus far.

Dr. Weidner,Received my chair on Friday. It's AWESOME!!!! It did take some adjusting to get it just right but the more I used it and explored, the more comfortable I got with it.A few observations:
  • Holding the control is a bit awkward, I might install it on a gooseneck (like the Panasonic chair) so I can see it while reclined and have easy access to it.
  • The chair does so much more than the instructions, the combinations are endless.
  • It can be reclined to the Zero Gravity position yet they don't advertise this.

About one month ago, one of the back rollers came off of the track. As I moved this chair twice between my homes, I cannot blame the chair quality. "I bought a Panasonic massage chair over 5 years ago.

I had a problem where it stopped working recently and it was also outside of the warranty. I contacted Massage chair relief to find out who I should contact to get it repaired, and to my surprise, Alan sent a repair technician to repair it for free. Great customer service and support." - Aaron Hansen, Utah "The Lifetime Labor Warranty really works! My chair was over 2 years old so only parts, not labor, were still under warranty from Osaki. Luckily, I purchased the chair from Massage Chair Relief, who offers a lifetime labor warranty. Alan Weidner helped me in my communications with Osaki to ship me a replacement part and followed up with them via email when they were slow to respond. Once I received the part, he found a tech to install the part. It took 3 visits to find and fix the issue; a different part was installed each time but the issue didn’t get fixed until the 3 rd visit. This meant Alan honored the labor warranty 3 times before the issue was identified and fixed! The level of customer service from Alan was top notch and he made the process as easy as possible,responding promptly to my emails, never hesitating to send a tech 3 separate times, and most importantly, he didn’t stop working with me until the issue was fixed, saving me hundreds of dollars in labor. "The warranty is real! I purchased a massage chair from the online store 3 years ago.

At the time, I had seen some chairs at Costco, and planned to buy one from Costco until I saw better selection on this website. I purchased an Ogawa Refresh chair sight unseen (except for web reviews). At the time of purchase, a lifetime labor warranty was included from the store. I assumed this would be of little use (I have not had good experience with warranties from other stores). Fast forward to 2019, the shoulders of the chair became disconnected. I contacted Dr. Weidner, and he was exceedingly helpful. He had the cost of the repair invoiced directly to him, so I never even saw a bill. I highly recommend this store and the excellent service and warranty. I would not hesitate to purchase another massage chair from this store. You can believe in the lifetime labor warranty!" The Lifetime Labor Warranty really works! My chair was over 2 years old

so only parts, not labor, were still under warranty from Osaki. Luckily, I purchased the chair from Massage Chair Relief, who offers a lifetime labor warranty. Alan Weidner helped me in my communications with Osaki to ship me a replacement part and followed up with them via email when they were slow to respond. Once I received the part, he found a tech to install the part. It took 3 visits to find and fix the issue; a different part was installed each time but the issue didn’t get fixed until the 3 rd visit. This meant Alan honored the labor warranty 3 times before the issue was identified and fixed! The level of customer service from Alan was top notch and he made the process as easy as possible,responding promptly to my emails, never hesitating to send a tech 3 separate times, and most importantly, he didn’t stop working with me until the issue was fixed, saving me hundreds of dollars in labor. If I purchased the chair from another vendor, I would have either shelled out hundreds of dollars in labor costs or thrown the chair away. Thank you Alan!Jason LimCalifornia
