We had a wonderful experience! There was no pressure to buy, which we really appreciated. Michael took the time to listen to our body/pain issues and recommended the top three massage chairs that best fit our needs and budget instead of overwhelming us with too many options. He was honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help us find the right chair. We’re so happy with our purchase and are really enjoying our massage chair. Highly recommend!

Massage Chair Relief in Cerritos has been excellent. They were able to meet a competitors price point and still offer Lifetime Labor on top. Michael has been great in follow through and knowledge of the different brands. Dr Weidner is a pioneer in the industry and this is my 2nd chair that I bought from him. The Dcore2 is what I purchased after researching several brands. This is the best chair I have experienced thus far after trying the top brands. The movements of the rollers and the sequence of the airbags to compress and knead in very purposeful movements is choreographed very well through the 13 auto programs. The foot mechanism is different from rollers that are replicated in every other chair. It is similar to someone gently pushing a wooden block against your arches. The arms are another novelty unlike other chairs. It is, in my opinion, the best looking chair with real oak sculpted side panels and functional support for ingress/egress. It has to be experienced and I do highly recommend Massage Chair Relief. They have a wide range of chairs in the showroom. Excellent service and don’t forget-Lifetime Labor warranty!!

The showroom had a great selection of chairs from multiple brands, between entry level to high end. Michael was great at helping determine what features I wanted and which ones I didn't need. Trying different chairs, you realize that everyone has different body shapes and you don't know what you like until you sit in the chair. There was no sales pressure from Michael to buy all the bells and whistles. In the end, we chose a chair in the middle tier with a lot of bang for the buck Thanks again for helping me find a birthday gift for my mom. Chair was shipped from warehouse to Arkansas.

Michael has been absolutely wonderful throughout this entire process. I purchased my massage chair about 6 or 7 years ago, and when it recently stopped working, I was worried it would be difficult to get help after so many years. But from the very beginning, Michael was incredibly kind, patient, and responsive. He took the time to help me through everything, arranged for someone to come remove the broken part, kept me updated, and continued following up until the repaired part was returned to me. Even after the part arrived back today, he immediately helped arrange for a technician to come reinstall it for me. Excellent customer service like this is very rare nowadays. Stan was very helpful and knowledgeable, no pressure at all just free messages and good conversation about traveling. No one offers life time warranty like they do, I will defiantly be coming back when I'm ready for an upgrade

I am not a paid shill. This is real. Michael was very patient and spent all the time I needed to experience each of the ten chairs that I tested for my specific requirements. In the end I got a good deal that became an awesome deal with the extra warranty benefits that Massage Chair Relief includes for no additional charge ... if you are spending thousands of dollars on a fancy chair that has moving parts, I cannot understand why you would not buy it from these guys! Not only do they have over twenty chairs to test out, they provide a LIFETIME Labor warranty along with a two year extension on the factory parts and labor warranty. On top of that the service and care I received was second to none! I spent a lot of time researching chairs online... I have come to realize that you probably don't want to buy a new cheap chair online... the parts motors and materials are not the same quality as those carried by our friends at Massage Chair Relief. And if you are going to spend $1500 or less on a chair, you probably want to buy a big name chair used on Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist, etc. If you are going to spend $3k or upwards, definitely take the time to check out Massage Chair Relief. Don't buy a massage chair from your local furniture dealer, get it from these guys. The price difference will be negligible and you will get an amazing warranty from a group that will help you when you need it. AND the selection is unmatched. From the entry level name brand chair to the very top of the line chairs. They have them! Oh, and they provide free delivery and setup ... and if you change your mind and want to move the chair upstairs after they installed it downstairs, they'll move it for you too! (I don't recall how many times ... there's a limit).

We had a great experience while shopping here for our first massage chair. We had absolutely no idea there were so many brands and they do not all feel the same or fit our bodies the same. Stan was incredibly patient with us as we tried to find one that fit our budget and needs. He answered every question we had and did not make us feel pressured or rushed. We were looking for a massage chair for my mom. Michael was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything about each model and listened to our concerns and request for a chair to fit my mom. They even upgraded the chair to a Better Model. Highly recommend going to the showroom before purchasing a Massage chair. Even our cat approves of this chair. He likes to massage you by making biscuits while you’re getting a massage.
