I had a fantastic experience at the store. The salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was patient and took the time to help me choose the best option. Their policies and warranty are also excellent.

Stan was very helpful and knowledgeable, no pressure at all just free messages and good conversation about traveling. No one offers life time warranty like they do, I will defiantly be coming back when I'm ready for an upgrade

Michael was very patient and spent all the time I needed to experience each of the ten chairs that I tested for my specific requirements. In the end I got a good deal that became an awesome deal with the extra warranty benefits that Massage Chair Relief includes for no additional charge ... if you are spending thousands of dollars on a fancy chair that has moving parts, I cannot understand why you would not buy it from these guys! Not only do they have over twenty chairs to test out, they provide a LIFETIME Labor warranty along with a two year extension on the factory parts and labor warranty. On top of that the service and care I received was second to none!

I spent a lot of time researching chairs online... I have come to realize that you probably don't want to buy a new cheap chair online... the parts motors and materials are not the same quality as those carried by our friends at Massage Chair Relief. And if you are going to spend $1500 or less on a chair, you probably want to buy a big name chair used on Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist, etc. If you are going to spend $3k or upwards, definitely take the time to check out Massage Chair Relief.

Don't buy a massage chair from your local furniture dealer, get it from these guys. The price difference will be negligible and you will get an amazing warranty from a group that will help you when you need it. AND the selection is unmatched. From the entry level name brand chair to the very top of the line chairs. They have them! Oh, and they provide free delivery and setup ... and if you change your mind and want to move the chair upstairs after they installed it downstairs, they'll move it for you too! (I don't recall how many times ... there's a limit).

Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable about the current massage chairs. i ended up purchasing the Daiwa Supreme hybrid out of all the chairs i tried and researched online. I was so overwhelmed with all the options available and still not 100% confident that i made the right choice. The Daiwa Supreme hybrid, although a beautiful chair that gives great massages, came with limited or little instructions and tutorials on how to use it. There are very limited videos online available for this specific machine and Daiwa has no videos instructions on their website. Michael helped showed me how to use the tablet and i also found a video online explaining most of the functions of machine from an owner. The massages from this machine are strong and very effective and for people that appreciate strong deep tissue massages, it also has gentle massages functions but this machine is for people who loves strong and deep massages with great stretches programs which i do love. Thank you Massage Chairs Relief for offering 90 days return policy, in home white glove delivery, extended warranties. These benefits put me at ease to spend the money to purchase this high end massage chair.

We had a great experience while shopping here for our first massage chair. We had absolutely no idea there were so many brands and they do not all feel the same or fit our bodies the same. Stan was incredibly patient with us as we tried to find one that fit our budget and needs. He answered every question we had and did not make us feel pressured or rushed. We did not expect to buy one on our first visit but we did and we have no regrets. We use the chair daily and we absolutely love it! Thank you Stan for your help!

We were looking for a massage chair for my mom. Michael was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything about each model and listened to our concerns and request for a chair to fit my mom. They even upgraded the chair to a Better Model. Highly recommend going to the showroom before purchasing a Massage chair. Even our cat approves of this chair. He likes to massage you by making biscuits while you’re getting a massage.

Michael is awesome! They have an excellent showroom with more than 12 of the latest models that you can test ride. No pressure sales and the best warranty program. Plus they take your old chair away without any additional cost.

Whole experience was excellent and Michael was very helpful with the whole process. I will definitely comeback for next massage chair again and would recommend to my family and friends.

After thinking I could get a nice massage chair for $1000 that looked fancy online. I realize that that was not the case and they had zero power and it was a complete return material chair. Go into massage chair relief with such a pleasure. Michale walked me through all the different chairs showed me the different strengths. They have it set up really amazing so that you can test all the different features of different chairs learn what fits your body properly so that your spine aligns that was so huge. The chair that I sat in that Michale recommended to me literally changed my back. My whole spine went into line and it was just absolutely perfect the way that it fit my body I was sold. I just purchased my chair November 2025 and I am obsessed. It’s absolutely wonderful. Not to mention the delivery and also the lifetime repairs that they do on your chairs and they also do two times a year. They will move your chair for you if you change your mind and you want it in a different room and that is just top-notch to me. Nothing worse than being stuck with a chair in a room or somewhere that you don’t want it and you don’t know how to move it and you might break it or ruin the parts. The owner Dr. Allen was so awesome. He even reached out to me personally and asked if I had any questions. I was sent an amazing little thank you gift which was so sweet and thoughtful. Thanking me for buying a chair and trusting them and I am so glad I went this way.. Also today I spent time with Michale on the phone FaceTime in. There’s a few features that I just did not understand how to use the function and he walked me through everything and I am super happy absolutely well worth having that customer service one on one they make you feel amazing and they know what they’re talking about. I would not purchase a chair anywhere else highly recommend
