Yes, you read that right. Now, here's how our massage chair warranty works...
Each brand-name massage chair that we carry comes with a standard “factory” warranty. That warranty typically includes free in-home parts and labor coverage for anywhere from 1-3 years, free parts for an additional 1 or 2 years, and then a frame or structure warranty for 1-3 years after that. Each massage chair company has their own warranty period and coverage.
Most massage chair companies also have the option to purchase 1 or 2 additional years of extended warranty coverage. For most companies, that includes in-home parts and labor, as well. The factory warranties apply to every customer, no matter where they live in the USA.
When the factory and extended warranty periods have passed, the owner of the chair becomes liable for the cost of parts and labor, should anything go wrong with their chair. Parts can be purchased from the massage chair companies, but getting a technician into your home to install the part(s) is totally your responsibility and can be quite expensive, especially if your chair problem requires more than one service call from the techician.

If something goes wrong with your chair, all we have to do is have the massage chair company diagnose your chair's problem with a phone call, have the necessary parts shipped to you, and then we’ll arrange for one of the tech networks to send out a technician to come to your home to install the part. And, when we say “Lifetime”, we mean for as long as you own your chair, as long as parts are available from the massage chair company, as long as their is a tech that serves your area, and as long as your chair is not beyond repair. There are a few conditions to the warranty, which you can read below, but you will now have labor coverage for as long as you own your massage chair.

Dear Alan and Laci, I purchased an Inada Sogno Dreamwave massage chair from Massage Chair Relief in August 2013. Alan Weidner gave me a good deal on the chair, and the entire process of purchase and delivery was smooth and timely. Having had the chair for over eleven years now, I can honestly say this purchase has been a great investment in my overall health and well-being over the years. As well built as the Inada Dreamwave chair is, one of the parts below the seat that provides the Dreamwave function eventually broke, so I contacted Dr. Weidner in July 2024 for assistance and support, and his response was excellent. He reached out to the manufacturer of the chair, got me in touch with the proper customer care person, and I completed the support form describing the problem and, in short order, the most likely problem part was identified. We purchased our message chair from message chair relief about 10 years ago. I’ve used the chair 1-2 times a day almost every day and we started having some problems with the air bags and the base sections of the recliner about a year ago. We contacted Dr Weidner and he helped us set up service. These high end chairs are very complex. It takes a trained service technician and there are none on our area of Ohio. So, a repair technician has to be flown out to our area and then the tech picks up a rental car and drives to cover as many repairs as possible within a very large area, it can’t be inexpensive and for customers this is a very valuable service. The massage chair industry has improved significantly since my first purchase of 2001. Wanting to take advantage of the newer generation chairs, I began an extended search in 2013. I settled-in on two models, from two different manufactures. I could not find a retailer close-by, much less one that had both chairs in their showroom, to inspect and try-out. Then I found 'Massage-Chair-Relief'. Not only did their showroom have 'both' models, but had many others, representing a wide range of manufacturers and their best models. Though they were in Salt Lake City, Utah (I'm in Florida) they had several interesting programs that caught my attention: 1) The Out-of-Stater Program, providing $500 to offset my transportation cost. So, I flew there and back. The owner, Dr. Alan Weidner, picked me up at the airport, took me to his showroom, bought me lunch and drove me back for my return flight. 2) Another was their Lifetime-Labor-Warranty, which I have used twice. The first, after the purchased Infinity IT-8500 was just over 10-years old. The process was easy: I contacted Massage-Chair-Relief; they contacted the manufacturer, to have them contact me, reference the problem and the parts needed for repairs; after receiving the parts, I contacted Massage-Chair-Relief, who scheduled, and paid-for the cost of having a certified technician for the in-home repairs (100+ mi round-trip for the tech). The second, a year later, for another worn part and some chair 'coverings'. The process was the same. The IT-8500 is like a new chair now. I was so pleased with 'Everything' about Massage-Chair-Relief that, when I decided to add another massage chair last year, I just found the chair I wanted, and called Dr. Weidner to purchase and get it shipped. After an extensive search for our perfect massage chair, and visiting every store in San Diego that offered them, we heard about a great chair that we could try in a store in Cerritos, Ca. My out-of-warranty 5-year old chair needed repair in January 2025. The chair would be a few minutes into the selected 15-minute program cycle, when an error code (or two) would appear on the control screen. This interrupted the cycle and returned the chair to its upright sitting position. I use my chair 2-5 times a day to get massages. Also, I use this chair to read and watch television. I could use the chair to recline, but it would not complete the 15-minute cycle. I sent MCR an email with the name, model, and serial number of the chair along with a brief description of the error codes. The next business day MCR responded notifying me of the parts required to repair the chair. MCR had contacted the USA office of chair manufacturer, who diagnosed the problem using the error codes and specified parts needed to remedy the problem. Parts are inventoried in Los Angeles. This was during the recent fires in southern California. The parts company was without electricity and said the shipment would be delayed. However, the parts arrived in less than a week. Tracking notification was fully communicated to me. Then, MCR arranged for the repair technician, and he showed up on time. The technician meets the definition of a professional expert. My chair was repaired in about an hour and chair repairs are performed in your home. I wish to express my gratitude with the professional manner Massage-Chair-Relief dealt with me. I cannot say enough about how positive my experience with Dr. Weidner and the Massage Chair Relief store has been. I am a deep tissue therapeutic massage therapist so I had a really high standard of what I was looking for in the purchase. I had tried looking around online for a chair, but upon reading the review of Massage chairs online over and over again I was seeing the complaints about what a nightmare it was if the chair broke down either where you had to ship the chair back and God knows how much that would’ve been or wildly over pay for its repair So when I was told that they offered a lifetime warranty on labor, that was the deal maker. And I actually had to use that twice. The first time the chair was still under warranty when the control pad went out and Massage Chair Relief was very helpful in coordinating the repair. But when the motor broke down the labor part of the warranty was over. And I was literally a couple of months out of the parts portion of the warranty and broke at the time.
