Problem with your chair?

If you ever have a problem with your massage chair, here are 2 options to get it taken care of:

OPTION #1
Call the massage chair company directly to have them open a warranty ticket for you. The phone number to each massage chair company is listed below. Before you call, make sure you have the serial number of your chair (found at the back of your chair near the bottom), a copy of your original receipt from us, and any pictures or audio/video recordings of the problem. Once a ticket has been opened, please notify us at help@massage-chair-relief.com so that we can open a ticket in our own system to follow-up with you and the massage chair company.

Each of these manufacturing companies are fantastic and will take care of your concerns immediately. If you have any trouble getting a hold of them, then by all means call us at 888-259-5380 and we’ll get involved in the process.

OPTION #2
