Before you call, make sure you have the serial number of your chair (found at the back of your chair near the bottom), a copy of your original receipt from us, and any pictures or audio/video recordings of the problem. Once a ticket has been opened, please notify us at help@massage-chair-relief.com so that we can open a ticket in our own system to follow-up with you and the massage chair company.
