Crossley-Holland again writes an action packed tale based on the world of Norse mythology. Readers will recognize such popular historic Norse charachters as Odin and Thor in settings around Valhalla acting out famed tales of love and war. Through out this work one can expect to read many encounters of such basic human emotions as love and despair fueling a world in need of justice. While female involvement and charachter diversity are not present in this work, the action and emotional depth makes it a must read.
