A recent survey of 22,000 American high schoolers revealed a disconcerting piece of information. Almost 30% of the students surveyed said that they felt “stressed” at school. As stress can have many deleterious long term effects on older children and teens, parents should take measures to ensure that their kids are getting enough sleep, eating right and have some way of relieving their everyday stress.
