Societies use of technology is now being considered a top contributing factor to neck and back pain for users. Society has become addicted technology, consisting of laptops, computers, cell phones, video games, etc., and majority of those users are unlikely to put restrictions on this technology uses, even if it means saving their own health. There are many things technology users can do to help their back, whether its limiting use of technology, or even doing posture exercises, which only takes about 3 minutes of your day. Technology companies are even beginning to limit what types of phones they are giving to employees to restrict access to emails and keep employees from staring at their phones all day. Will society figure out how to limit usage, in order to save their own necks?
