A recent health study found that acupuncture can relieve the neck pain caused by cervical spondylosis. Researchers found that of the 53 cervical spondylosis patients that they treated with acupuncture, 75 percent saw a significant decrease in the amount of pain they experience as a result of their disorder.

The study’s results should be good news for those you suffer from age-related spinal disc degradation as it doesn’t have the side effects associated with invasive surgery or pain medication.
