Women stress more over the holidays than men do. A great deal of this has to do with the roles that are placed on women during the holidays. Women should take advantage of in-the-moment de-stressers such as going for a walk, reading a book, or something relaxing to take their mind off of the stress and decrease their stress levels. A good way to do this is to sit down and make a list of your top values and then striving for these values to kick start the process.
