Anxiety isn’t always something that is blatantly obvious, and in fact, many people don’t even realize they have it. That’s because anxiety can operate like a silent ninja, making you anxious without even knowing it. Have you experienced a recent stressful event that has caused you to act differently than normal?
Sometimes stressful events or even feelings of shame, regret, and depression result in anxiety, and it can be very difficult to get rid of it. The most important thing to realize is that in order to beat anxiety, you must recognize it, and not confuse its symptoms with who you really are.
