According to American Pain Society, meditation might be an effective treatment for reducing chronic neck pain according to this scientific research study. Since chronic neck pain can lead to serious health problems like depression, it is important for alternative treatments to be explored and attempted. 89 patients were studied, read the report to find out if meditation worked for them.
