Alan: Hi, I'm Dr. Alan Weidner from 'Massage-Chair-Relief.com' and today I'm going to introduce you to the new Human Touch Novo XT. This is a 3D-roller L-track chair, and it's one of the – at this time, at the time of this filming – it's the only 3D L-track that we carry. Anyway, the Novo XT, as you can tell, just from the look of it, it has a very nice, sleek, unibody design, and that makes it kind of a unique look right off the bat. You can see over here that it has a calf-and-foot massage mechanism in the ottoman. It has airbags in the arms, and it has little knobules – if you can zoom in on that – you can see the little knobules on the material where the arms go in, and the hands go in. That serves to kind of hold the arm in place when the arm airbags are massaging.

Alan: Sometimes, with some chairs, the arm airbags will squeeze and compress, and when that happens, the arms kind of get squeezed out of the armrests, and so you have to always consciously keep your arms pushed out to get the massage. You don’t have to do it with this chair, because of those little knobules, they kind of traction the arms in place. You'll also see here that it's got shoulder airbags that can be beneficial for pinning the shoulders back during the stretch program. It also has speakers in the corner, and these speakers are for playing music from your cell phone, or iPod, or whatever mobile device you have, because it has Bluetooth technology. So, you can connect the chair with your device, and play the music through those speakers. You’ve got a couple of head pillows here, pads and pillows, and then you'll notice here, the track. If you come down the back, the rollers come down, and it's quad rollers. There's two here, and two here, two closer in, and two farther out, they come down, and under the butt. That is the L-track that we were talking about, and the 3D L-track alludes to the fact that you can adjust the depth of the rollers. We have lots of L-track chairs, but not many where you can actually adjust the depth, where you can move the rollers more forward, or or more back, to increase, or decrease the intensity of the massage.

Alan: That’s a pretty cool feature. The remote control of the Novo XT is very simple to use. It has quite a few programs. I can't remember the exact amount, but I believe it's 20, or more, and it's got a stretch program included in that. It's a very intuitive, and easy-to-use remote control. This is the 'Gray' color, I believe it comes in 'Black,' and a 'Dark Brown,' and I think it comes in a 'Red,' but it's a very nice chair, a very quiet chair as well. We'll go in to more details about this chair as we discuss independent features on separate videos from today.
