I myself have this problem, I am a personal Trainer, I find the times I have nothing to do, are harder to deal with than when I do. I read this article and realized how possible it is that I to can be addicted to stress and pressure. I also box for a living and fractured my hand. All I have to do is sit back and relax. Its the hardest thing to do when youre so used to always going.
