Everyone seems to be under so much stress. Many have stress from home, family, work, kids, volunteering, and so much more. If you are feeling stressed but can’t really put your finger on it, it may be work related. Recognizing work related stress can be difficult at times because you may not feel that work is an issue. But, if you are constantly wondering about work, trying to get it done, have unpleasant co workers or bosses or feel anxious about work, it is probably work that is giving you stress.
