Something we are doing this year that we haven’t done in the past, nor does any other massage chair retailer, is offering free returns on any massage chair purchase before December 31, 2017. If you purchase a chair between now and the end of the year, and decide to return to for whatever reason, we will take care of the return shipping costs. There will be no restocking or handling fees and no credit card processing fees (only Synchrony Bank processing fees if you choose to finance your chair purchase). We won’t even back bill you for the original shipping!

You just have to get the chair ready for return shipping IN THE ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIAL (strapped up securely and ready to go) and we’ll arrange to have it picked up and shipped back to us.
