Alan: Hi, I’m Dr. Alan Weidner from ‘Massage-Chair-Relief.com‘ and today I’m going to demonstrate to you how the foot rollers work on the Human Touch Novo XT massage chair. Now, most Chinese-made chairs nowadays have foot rollers. What I’ve done with this one though, is I’ve unzipped the linen cover on the foot massage, and I’ve lifted it up, so you can see the movement of the rollers a little bit better. I’ve got it on right now, and you’ll see it’s got three – I believe it’s three rollers in the front – you can see the motion, and then, back here, there’s three more rollers that are working on the back of the foot. So, you’ve got heel – oh, and there’s also – I’m sorry, there are also rollers back here on the heel. You can see my fingers moving back there, and then there’s also under the sole of the foot, and under the balls of the feet. So, those are the foot rollers, and on this chair, you can actually adjust the speed of the rollers to slow, medium, or fast, or you can shut the foot rollers off altogether, if it’s a little uncomfortable for you. The chair also does come with foot pads, so that you can use those in case even the slow speed is still a little bit too intense for you.

Alan: And sometimes when you’re using a massage chair foot-roller feature, or any roller feature, if it stays in one place for too long, it can become a little irritating, whether that’s foot, calf, or even low back, or mid back, or neck. So, on this one, you can shut the rollers off, you can adjust the speed, or you can use the foot pad to kind of adjust the intensity of the foot rollers.
