A recently published study conducted by the Centers for Disease Control revealed that only 6 percent of the US population practices the five basic habits that will that will ensure the greatest possible longevity and the highest quality of life.
The healthy habits that only a tiny fraction of the US’s total population adhere to are abstaining from smoking, drinking alcohol in moderation, adopting a balanced diet, maintaining a healthy body weight and getting regular physical activity.
