A study recently conducted by Facebook found that some 79 percent of its 1.65 million users are on their smart phones for the majority of the time that they are awake.
This phenomena will likely be no surprise to chiropractors have had to deal with a recent surge in cases of tech neck, the chronic neck and back pain that is the result of tilting the head in an awkward angle in order to spend time looking at a smartphone.
Thankfully, technic can be treated easily by adjusting the angle at which you view smart phones and massaging areas of the neck and back that radiate with pain.
