Think about how often you are on your phone. If you need something, or want to tell someone something, you pick up your phone, and you text them. If you bored, you text your friend or scroll through social media. If you need directions, you program your map to direct you. We are always in constant contact and on our phones, and it could be causing us constant pain. If you’re feeling a pain in your neck or back suddenly, you may want to start paying attention to how you’re holding your phone!
