Chronic fatigue symptoms triggered by nerve, muscle strain

Chronic Fatigue can be triggered by mild/moderate muscle/nerve strain. CFS symptoms cannot be improved with sleep or rest. In addition to sever fatigue, joint and muscle pain, poor concentration and memory loss, headaches, tender lymph nodes, sore throat and trouble sleeping are also symptoms. Diagnosis is tricky and there are no medications approved at this time. Physical therapy could be a possible treatment option. It has been noted that strain to the spine, nerves or muscles appeared to trigger symptoms. It is not known at this time exactly what causes this disorder.

Key Takeaways:

  • Diagnosing and treating Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is difficult because there are no tests and doctors do not know what causes it
  • Chronic Fatigue symptoms can be worsened by physical activity
  • Doctors believe that physical therapy can be an effective treatment for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

“The treatment for CFS can be just as tricky as the diagnosis; there are currently no medications approved for the condition, largely because it is not known what causes the disorder.”
