According to this Telegraph article, one in six Europeans suffer from chronic anxiety and a recent survey found that anxiety has causing 72 percent of UK residents to experience problems sleeping.

As getting 7 to 9 hours of sleep a night is essential to everything from keeping your blood pressure balanced to keeping your memory sharp, we should all engage in stress busting activities like listening to relaxing music and spending some time in a massage chair before bed to ensure that we get enough rest.
