When we talk to people about our lifetime labor warranty, one of the most common questions we get is about technician availability.

For most customers, having a lifetime labor warranty isn’t a concern because we have technicians in all major metropolitan areas. However, we also have customers who purchase chairs from all over the country, including rural and less populated areas.

For example, here in Salt Lake City, we have customers who come from places like Jackson, Wyoming; Idaho Falls; and Boise, Idaho. Naturally, people ask: Are there technicians available in those areas?

Sometimes it can be more challenging to find technicians in smaller or more remote locations. However, there is always someone who services those outlying areas, and we have consistently been able to find a technician anywhere in the country.

Now, when a technician has to travel a longer distance, there may be a travel charge. Typically, technicians charge about a dollar per mile beyond a standard 30-mile radius. So, if a technician travels 75 miles one way and 75 miles back, that’s 150 miles total, or $150.

Massage Chair Relief will cover up to $75 of that travel surcharge. That said, most customers are within that 30-mile radius and don’t incur any additional travel costs.

Another common question is whether we truly have technicians nationwide. While they are not directly our employees, we work with at least five national technician networks that provide coverage across the country. We also maintain our own list of trusted technicians we’ve worked with in the past.

So yes—massage chair technicians are available nationwide. We simply coordinate with the appropriate network or provider to find someone in your specific area, even if it’s more remote.

If you’re located in or near one of our showroom areas—such as Salt Lake City, Arizona, Southern California, or Northern California—we have dedicated technicians readily available. The same goes for major cities like Seattle, Dallas, Houston, and their surrounding suburbs.

It’s only in more remote locations where it may take a little extra effort, but we always find a technician for you.

So, our lifetime labor warranty is legitimate. As I’ve mentioned before, we will locate a technician and ensure your chair gets serviced.
