Experiencing constant anxiety may be due to more than just constantly worrying and over-thinking. While there are many triggers that “turn-on” anxiety, a new report suggests that there could be deficits in the “off switch” to turn it off. This finding is important because it promotes treatment and recovery of anxiety, rather than suppressing the situation which can make it much worse.
