Study Finds Chronic Stress Can Damage Memory

 

A study conducted by researchers from Ohio State University found that untreated chronic stress can have the effect of eroding memory. As such, those with high stress professions or who are going through stressful life events such as the break up of a long-term romantic relationship should engage in relaxing activities such as listening to music and getting an occasional massage to stay healthy.
