Alan: Hi, I'm Dr. Alan Weidner from 'Massage-Chair-Relief.com' and I'm going to show you a function on the remote control of the Human Touch Novo XT that I want to show you on the remote because there's a couple of features on the remote that are not completely clear on how to use it when you first start using the Novo XT. And one of them is adjusting the 3D roller depth intensity, and the other one is adjusting the – or not adjusting, but selecting the stretch program, it's hidden within – or it's a subprogram of one of the main programs, and I'm going to show you how to do those on two separate videos.

Alan: Right now, I'm going to show you how to adjust the 3D L-track depth of the rollers. So, the first thing you want to do, and we're just going to zoom in on this, we're going to push the power button there, and we'll see the menu come up, and immediately, you see the menu program. You’ve got 'Auto,' 'Manual,' 'Deep Tissue,' 'Cloud Technology,' 'Heat,' and 'Settings.'

Alan: Use this little dial to scroll down to 'Settings,' and push OK, and now you'll see all the settings you can adjust, the intensity of the rollers, the foot speed, 'Stretch,' 'Time,' 'Language,' 'Bluetooth,' and the beep sound. Well, it's on 'Intensity,' and you'll notice on one through five, it's on a one, or 'Soft.' I want to – what if I want to have the most intense setting – you scroll over with this dial, go down, three, four, 'Strong' is five, push that, and bang, you’ve got yourself your 3D roller intensity immediately changed.

Alan: But it's not as intuitive as just a button on your remote that says, you know, '3D More,' or '3D Less.' You have to go in to the auto-programs, scroll down to the 'Settings,' push that, and then select 'Intensity' on the 'Settings,' and you'll also notice, you can adjust the foot speed there as well. The foot rollers, the rollers, you cannot adjust the depth of the rollers on the feet of the Novo XT, but you can adjust the speed of the rollers, which simulates a more intense, or a less intense massage on the feet. But what I wanted to show you there was, how to do, how to adjust the depth of the rollers so they're digging more, or digging in less, on the 3D rollers of the Human Touch Novo XT.
