Although it’s incredibly easy to do so, it’s important to not allow yourself to fall asleep when you find yourself an incredibly relaxed state. For one thing, napping can have the effect of throwing off your circadian rhythm to the point where you’ll find yourself unable to fall asleep at your normal bedtime.

As an example, reading an engrossing book is a good way to relax without messing up your sleep cycle.
