Getting that good night’s rest should always be at the top of our daily agenda. It can definitely be hard, especially when we are wound up throughout the day with stress from work and even other things going on at home. However, a night of bad sleep can make everything turn even worse.
Without that rest our bodies are not able to release the pent up tension from the day. When that tension is not release we end up struggling with sore and tight muscles. This is not good. It will lead to many a problem in our backs as well as our necks.
