Chronic fatigue syndrome and being tired shouldn’t mean that you should slack on exercise. In fact, regular exercise can help give you a boost and increase your energy! The American Council on Exercise offers this advice: talk to your doctor about exercising safely first. Then start your exercise program slowly, and gradually increase the intensity, duration and frequency of exercise. Schedule a few minutes of rest after each short bout of exercise and begin and end each workout with gentle stretching.
