There are wearables, such as Apples ‘Spire’ that are supposed to track your stress levels, and help you to relax. There isn’t a very rigorous scientific basis behind this, as despite tracking breathing changes, heart rate, and more, a device won’t be able to know for sure what happen to be causing the changes, and may miss other stressful moments if these measurements aren’t affected. On the other hand, anything that does periodically remind us to stop and take a breath sonce in awhile couldn’t hurt.
