What is meditation?

Meditation is a great way to relax your body and rest your mind. And, on top of that, another great thing about meditation is that there is no one way to do it. What then is meditation? Well, it's a way of focusing the mind, relaxing the body and decreasing the blood pressure in the body.

Blood pressure is especially relevant to those of us who face stress on a regular basis. So what you can do to undue that stressful harm to your body is spend a few moments everyday simply meditating.
