When examining data from six different medical studies, researchers found that people who effectively manage their time tend to lead happier lives than anyone else, even those who earn the most money. The scientists who authored the report believe that because people who manage their time effectively can dedicate their focus to maintaining good mental and physical health by doing things like exercising regularly, eating right and engaging in stress fighting activities on a daily basis.
