There are more than 700 apps that supposibly help you with back pain. After doing a study on the apps, it actually turned out that those apps are not well updated and can actually hurt you more than you know. Some tips for a healthy spine include stretching, decompression your back, don’t rely on the gym to make your back feel better, get a good firm bed, keep calm and don’t stress, find a good masseuse, and breathe properly.
