Study Finds Menopause Worsens the Effects of Stress

 

Researchers have recently discovered that women who are on the cusp of menopause are more sensitive to the effects of stress and have a higher risk factor for developing a condition like depression. That being the case, premenopausal women should do all they can to minimize their stress levels, including sticking to a healthy diet and partaking in stress fighting massages regularly.
