As the 2015-16 school year is coming to a close, children and young adults across the country are gearing up to take on a variety of final exams. And while these grade determining tests are important and should be treated with the appropriate seriousness, it’s also important that young people not subject themselves to excess stress while preparing for their exams.

Chronic stress isn’t good for anyone, but it can be especially detrimental to kids and teens as it can have a lasting negative impact on their mental and physical development.
