A Stanford psychologist talks about new research that shows that stress can make us stronger, smarter, and happier, if we learn how to embrace it. “Stress isn’t always harmful,” the professor said,”Once you appreciate that going through stress makes you better at it, it can be easier to face each new challenge.”
So how exactly do you train yourself to embrace stress? Another professor showed that viewing stress as helpful, rather than harmful, can associate with better health, emotional well-being, and productivity at work. We just need to learn how to use stress in a positive way.
If you think about it, when you are stressed, you are likely more eager to get things done. If you can view stress more positively it can encourage you to use it to be productive and time efficient!
