Alan: Hi, I’m Dr. Alan Weidner from ‘Massage-Chair-Relief.com’ and for our Massage Chair Dictionary video today, we’re going to define and demonstrate the quad rollers. Now, I have another video where we’ve already discussed the quad rollers, and we showed how the quad rollers work through the material that separates the rollers from your back. Well, what we’ve done is we’ve taken off the rollers off – or taken off the cover – off the rollers of the IT-8500 from Infinity, or from Infinite Therapeutics, and we’ve exposed the rollers. You can see the quad rollers, you got the two on the top, two on the bottom. You can see the quad rollers following a track, and then in a moment, they will deploy, and you will start to see – and by the way, we have this in a program called ‘Kneading’ – and now you can see the rollers actually kneading your back.

Alan: So, you’ve got the upper rollers here, and these tilt. See, they move, they don’t just move side to side, they also allow for the shape of your spine, to make the rollers go wherever they need to go to accommodate that part of the spine where the, you know, where the rollers are going. So, for example, in the shoulders, this might come a little bit over the top of the shoulder, this part might hit the back, or where the mid back is, but when you get down to the low back, this’ll probably change, because with the weight of the body, it’ll push these rollers back, and the bottom ones will come forward. That is what a quad roller is, so now you can see it graphically, and you know, pull away the curtain, so to speak, and see how a quad roller really works. So, you can watch this video in conjunction with the other one to get a really good feeling for quad rollers.
