Best Price Match Policy

Simply send us an email or give us a call and tell us about what the competitor's price is and where it is being offered.

To be eligible for a price match, your request must meet the following conditions:

• The online or offline store must have the identical massage chair (and warranty) priced accurately at the time you submit your request.
• Our Best Price Match does not apply to previously owned/used/refurbished, special order, or e-Bay items. No close-outs, misprints, special buys (i.e. Big Box stores), special promotions, refurbished chairs, auctions, trade show pricing, or liquidations.
• Applicable to US-based price offers, continental US shipments, and in US Dollars only. If you live in a state where we have a store, sales tax will still be added on to the matched price.
• All price matches must be submitted prior to ordering.
• Our Best Price Match takes into account the complete offering from the competitor, including the chair price, any included extended warranty, and method of delivery.
• We can usually include our Lifetime Labor Warranty (LLW) with chairs purchased as the result of a competitor price match. However, since a price match is based on matching the exact offer from a competitor, and since none of our competitors offer a lifetime labor warranty, the LLW is not officially part of any price match. It is, therefore, up to our discretion as to whether we can include our LLW with a price-matched chair purchase.
