It’s been in the works for a couple of months now, but we finally got rid of our old, ugly showroom sign yesterday and replaced it with our new Massage Chair Relief sign. The sign company said that the acquiring of the license was the hardest part and took the longest time (of course!), but yesterday was the day we finally got rid of the old and put up the new. Here are the pics…
I am a little disappointed with how dirty the stucco was behind the old signs. We will need to get up there and hose down the wall to see if we can clean it up a bit (that’s what sons are for, right?). I haven’t seen it at night yet, but the sign company tells me the LED lighting is very bright and will use about a quarter of the power that the old sign was using.
Can you see the logo peeling off on the old sign? It was all ugly from Day 1. I had a customer come into the showroom before Christmas and he told me my sign was disgusting and a very poor representation of our business. I had never thought about it because we put up the signs so long ago that I just got used to walking into the store without critiquing the sign. This is probably a good kick in the butt to critique everything I do in my business to avoid anything ugly from sticking around too long.
Other than the dirty stucco wall, what is your opinion of the new sign? My wife wasn’t so sure about the logo at the top. What are your thought?

P.S. Thank you Damian and the Universal Sign Company of Salt Lake City for the cool new sign!
