Black Friday and Cyber Monday are long gone, but Christmas shopping is in full swing now. The thing you need to know about massage chairs is that they are shipped as long haul freight in big trucks across the country. For regular curbside delivery, you will want to plan on about a week from the time a chair leaves the warehouse to the time it comes to you home or business. White glove delivery, on the other hand, can take upwards of 2 weeks for arrival.

Having said this, each of the massage chair companies have shipping deadlines for guaranteed shipping nationwide. I am going to list those deadlines below, but first I want to explain to you that these deadline dates are for guaranteed shipping to all 48 continguous states. However, if a chair is ordered from someone in the west, chairs that are warehoused in the west can often be shipped after these dates and still get to you by Christmas. So, don’t let these dates completely discourage you. If you do end up ordering after the dates below, call us to see if you can still get your chair by Christmas.

One last thing to think about if you do procrastinate until the last minute – We have gift cards that we can send you to put under the Christmas tree. These cards notify the recipient of a pending delivery of their chair in the days to come after the 25th. The cards are the size of large postcards and come in a lovely red envelope with my signature. We have found these to be helpful if your chair is not scheduled to arrive until after the 25th. I can even overnight one to you if you are really in dire straits!

So, here are the shipping deadlines for each massage chair company, as provided to me by these companies:

Inada
Decembe 8th for White Glove Delivery.

Luraco
December 11th for delivery before December 24th.

Infinity
December 8th for White Glove Delivery.
December 14th for standard curbside delivery.

Ogawa
December 4th for White Glove Delivery.
December 11th for standard curbside delivery.

The Ogawa Active is back ordered on all colors until December 18th, so I wouldn’t plan on guaranteed Christmas delivery for that model.

Human Touch
December 11th for business and residential curbside deliveries.
December 7th for White Glove Delivery.

Osaki, Titan, Apex
December 12th.

Weather can also come into play when it comes to delivery times. My strong suggestion would be to not wait until the above-listed deadlines to order your chair just in case a snow storm hits your area and grinds all deliveries to a virtual halt.

And, don’t forget to contact me if you are past the deadline and need to know if you can still get a chair to your location before the 24th. Most delivery companies don’t deliver on the 24th, by the way.
