Many of us blame our jobs as the reason why we are always stressed, but there might be other reasons besides work. The latest annual “Stress in America” survey from the American Psychological Association reported that 83% of Americans that were polled say their stress levels have stayed the same or increased.
They use this stress as an excuse to overeat and drink, and often lose sleep because of it. They also report that they are anxious, irritable, easy to snap at their partners, and have called in sick to work because of stress. But stress isn’t the enemy.
