Plantar fasciitis is caused when your plantar fascia is put through repeated stress. The plantar fascia is the ligament that runs through the sole of your foot. There are some exercises and treatments to help get rid of plantar fascilitis. Such as, doing a couple different foot stretches, or you can use treatments like putting ice around the ligament for 15 minutes. Lastly you can also get medical treatment which include steroid injections and also surgery.
