A new study in JAMA has shown that when treating back pain, exercising us just as effective as radio-frequency denervation, instead of an invasive procurer where the patient is exposed to radiation, needle punctures and denervation, sufferers can try an exercise program. In a three month study, those who used exercise instead of having the procedure experienced the same amount if relief. This study can give patients more options in their treatments when experiencing back pain.
