Exercise More Helpful Than Surgery in Treating Certain Chronic Conditions, Find Study
A newly published study published in the Canadian Medical Association Journal has found that exercise can be more helpful in treating chronic illnesses like back pain, diabetes and heart disease than pharmaceutical or surgical remedies. The study found that exercise was most helpful in reducing pain, increasing mobility and prevent against future injury.
