“Texting Neck” is the term that doctors use to describe what can happen from holding your head down while texting for long periods of the time. It causes the ligaments and muscles on the back of the neck to feel a lot of strain by putting pressure on the discs in your spine. To prevent texting neck, avoid looking down for too long and try to maintain good posture.
