I stepped in the store and was greeted by Michael. He’s very welcoming and did not hesitate to let me try the massage chairs. After a few recommendations I decided to purchased. And was very happy with the whole process was very smooth. As I was very confident about the 90 day return. Then few months later I have some unforeseen circumstances and needed to return the product . I contacted Michael and again everything was smooth no questions asked. He help me start the process. At first I was hesitant to purchase and return . Now I know that they are true to their words. And I’m hoping once my situation gets better I’d love to do the another business with Michael and the company. Thank you for the great service.

I bought a massage chair from Massage Chair Relief 4 years ago and need someone to move the chair for me, Michael and his team was very helpful with setting up the move.

I am so happy with my new Osaki Kairos 4D LT and had a great experience with Michael Nguyen the store manager. He’s trustworthy and knowledgeable and led me to the best chair for what I like (super deep massage!) This chair is actually better than what any massage therapist could do in person because it’s working so many areas simultaneously. The full body compression aspect is amazing and there are many different massage techniques and intensity levels to choose from. And they deliver right to your home and set it up for you. Heaven!

I sat in a very expensive chair at the Grand Prix in Long Beach and wanted to explore more options. I found Massage Chair Relief and went to the Cerritos store and met Michael. I also got the pleasure to meet Dr Weidner as he was there as well. This was a very non pressured demonstration of many top brand chairs all in one place!. I decided on the Osaki 4D Bravo Duo chair, waited about a week and went back to purchase. In that time Dr Weidner sent me so much information on how to make the right decision on purchasing a massage chair suited for me, it was great information. After I made the transaction, communication was supreme on what to expect and timing of delivery. I had my chair delivered in 2 weeks. So far as I am still getting acquainted with it , I am super pleased with the chair, and the support Massage Chair Relief provides. Excellent customer service!

Absolutely no pressure to buy, Stan was very informative and helpful. After doing much research before going to the store, we tried several chairs. Again, there is no pressure from Stan at all. He answered all my questions, and I had plenty, lol. We finally decided on the Osaki OS-Pro 4D DuoMax.
Stan kept us informed of when it would be delivered.
Stan and Lindsay just delivered the chair and set it up where we wanted it.
We couldn't be happier with the chair but especially the customer service we received. I'm so glad we chose Massage Chair Relief!
