We are SO absolutely happy we made the decision to go try chairs with Michale -
After thinking I could get a nice massage chair for $1000 that looked fancy online. I realize that that was not the case and they had zero power and it was a complete return material chair. Go into massage chair relief with such a pleasure. Michale walked me through all the different chairs showed me the different strengths. They have it set up really amazing so that you can test all the different features of different chairs learn what fits your body properly so that your spine aligns that was so huge. The chair that I sat in that Michale recommended to me literally changed my back. My whole spine went into line and it was just absolutely perfect the way that it fit my body I was sold. I just purchased my chair November 2025 and I am obsessed. It’s absolutely wonderful. Not to mention the delivery and also the lifetime repairs that they do on your chairs and they also do two times a year. They will move your chair for you if you change your mind and you want it in a different room and that is just top-notch to me. Nothing worse than being stuck with a chair in a room or somewhere that you don’t want it and you don’t know how to move it and you might break it or ruin the parts. The owner Dr. Allen was so awesome. He even reached out to me personally and asked if I had any questions. I was sent an amazing little thank you gift which was so sweet and thoughtful. Thanking me for buying a chair and trusting them and I am so glad I went this way.. Also today I spent time with Michale on the phone FaceTime in. There’s a few features that I just did not understand how to use the function and he walked me through everything and I am super happy absolutely well worth having that customer service one on one they make you feel amazing and they know what they’re talking about. I would not purchase a chair anywhere else highly recommend

I was on a quest for finding a massage chair and I live in San Diego. I came across Massage Chair Relief during my online research and to my delight they have a ton of massage chairs from all of the best companies in their showroom to demo. It was the best decision I made when I decided to make the drive to visit their store. Michael was the sales person that helped me try out all of the various chairs and he even stayed overtime while I was narrowing down my top two choices from Osaki. I didn't make my purchase that day, but I knew I wanted to make my purchase from this company because they are the ONLY store that OFFERS a LIFETIME LABOR WARRANTY and they didn't pressure me either.
My choice was the Osaki Duo Max SE it is an amazing chair!!!

I Purchased Infinity Massage Chair from this place in Cerritos about 5 years back. Michael is the one who helped me. He is a great guy, the best salesperson you can have. The chair works perfectly fine. We need to move to a different house and movers told me they will charge me $250-$300 to move the chair, so I I call Michael and ask him how much he will charge .To my surprise, he told me that I do not have to pay anything. His people will move it. They will disassemble and reassemble at the new place. This is a great service that you can get, so if you are looking for a place to buy Massage Chair, stop looking call Michael in Cerritos.

This is the absolutely the best place to go when you want to buy a great massage chair. Unlike most other stores, they only sell massage chairs and have so many great brands and models to choose from. Sitting in a chair is must to determine which one is best for you, and having so many to try is amazing and fun! Michael was extremely knowledgable and extremely patient (thanks Michael), as we narrowed down our options. We are super happy with our new chair, and love the fact that MSR offers free labor for the life of the chair. If you are looking into purchasing a quality massage chair, you really should make a beeline to MSR.

I stepped in the store and was greeted by Michael. He’s very welcoming and did not hesitate to let me try the massage chairs. After a few recommendations I decided to purchased. And was very happy with the whole process was very smooth. As I was very confident about the 90 day return. Then few months later I have some unforeseen circumstances and needed to return the product . I contacted Michael and again everything was smooth no questions asked. He help me start the process. At first I was hesitant to purchase and return . Now I know that they are true to their words. And I’m hoping once my situation gets better I’d love to do the another business with Michael and the company. Thank you for the great service.

Absolutely no pressure to buy, Stan was very informative and helpful. After doing much research before going to the store, we tried several chairs. Again, there is no pressure from Stan at all. He answered all my questions, and I had plenty, lol. We finally decided on the Osaki OS-Pro 4D DuoMax.
Stan kept us informed of when it would be delivered.
Stan and Lindsay just delivered the chair and set it up where we wanted it.
We couldn't be happier with the chair but especially the customer service we received. I'm so glad we chose Massage Chair Relief!

Recently I worked with Dr. Alan Weidner at Massage Chair Relief to purchase what is now our family’s second massage chair. This is the second time I have worked with Dr. Weidner and to say that each of these purchasing experiences were positive would be a great understatement. During both purchase cycles Dr. Weidner worked with me over-the-phone to ensure he understood exactly what I was looking for, how I wanted to use my chair, what my price-range was, etc. and then provided a series of recommendations (including the suggestion that I do as much independent research on the various chair options as seemed right to me). Even better, Dr. Weidner stayed with me throughout each of these purchasing cycles to ensure I was comfortable before I made my final order, during the time I was waiting for my chair to arrive, and after it showed up and was installed. Quite frankly, I cannot imagine anyone else being as customer and support-oriented as Dr. Weidner and the fact that he is a clear expert in this space who is willing to give his unbiased “pros and cons” for each chair was of huge benefit to my family and I.

As to our most recent purchase, we settled on the Osaki OS-Pro 4D DuoMax and could not be happier with our decision. The chair was not inexpensive but the massage provided by this chair is a major step function better than any other massage chair I have sat in (and during the two buying cycles we went through over the past 10 years I sat in a lot of these chairs). The massage it provides covers the full body from top to bottom and allows for an amount of customization that is both simple to accomplish via its intuitive touch-screen and tremendously helpful in getting exactly what each family member is looking for from the chair at any given time. For example, when one of us is looking for a full-body massage the DuoMax provides a broad series of excellent, pre-set programs that can be set all the way from a gentle, relaxing setting to an aggressive deep-tissue version of the pre-programmed sequences (including setting the time for the session anywhere from 5 to 40 minutes). Similarly, there are a series of preset programs designed to focus on specific areas of the body such as the neck and shoulders or glutes and hamstrings that do a great job or relieving area-specific soreness that can come up from time-to-time. Finally, and in addition to the ability to create any sort of manual program we want, this chair has an AI feature that scans the user’s body and then measures changes in the person’s pulse as the scan takes place to determine what type of massage to use for that particular person at that particular time to achieve maximum impact – a feature that works surprisingly well and is quickly becoming a default for using the chair.

I realize that this is a very positive review to the point where I am not pointing out any negatives but as a practical matter I don’t have any negatives to share re working with Dr. Weidner, his company, or the chairs he recommended both recently and during our initial purchase from him 10 years ago. I would share that there are some limitations to the DuoMax (e.g., it is large and you need enough space in the room where it will be placed, the footwell for the foot massager is only appropriate for size 13 feet and below, and this is certainly not the cheapest option from Osaki or Massage Chair Relief generally), but I could not be happier with our choices first to work for a second time with Dr. Weidner nor to have purchased the chair he recommended. I should note in regard to the post-sale care provided by Massage Chair Relief that during the one time we had a small issue with our first chair, Dr. Weidner stepped right in, made it right, and went out of his way to ensure his solution worked and that I was happy with it. In short, if you are looking to get the right massage chair from a highly ethical and reputable Dealer, this is the place to go.
