One benefit we offer with all of our massage chair sales is our lifetime labor warranty. This applies not only to the chairs sold in our stores, but to every chair we sell.

We’ve been offering this warranty for more than 15 years, and it’s clearly advertised throughout our website. You’ll see “lifetime labor warranty” mentioned everywhere because it’s included with every chair we sell.

That includes price-matched purchases and even some of our lower-priced massage chairs. We don’t charge extra for the lifetime labor warranty. It’s completely free, and it always has been.

I should also mention that we spend approximately $20,000 to $30,000 each year repairing massage chairs that are already beyond their factory warranty period.

So, what exactly is a lifetime labor warranty?

Every massage chair manufacturer provides what’s commonly called a factory warranty. Depending on the manufacturer, that warranty may include one, three, or sometimes five years of labor coverage.

Five-year labor warranties are relatively uncommon, although some Japanese brands, such as Fujiiryoki and Synca, offer five years of labor and five years of parts coverage. Most manufacturers offer either one or three years of labor coverage.

But what happens when that factory warranty expires?

That’s where our lifetime labor warranty comes in.

Once the manufacturer’s labor warranty expires, our lifetime labor warranty continues to cover the technician’s labor costs for repairs for as long as you own the chair.

That’s why we call it a lifetime labor warranty. As long as you own the chair, we’ll cover the labor costs associated with repairs that need to be performed.

It’s one more way we can give you peace of mind when you purchase a massage chair from us.
