As you know, I’m a big proponent of people trying out a massage chair before they buy one. There are so many chairs on the market that are advertised exclusively online, and you really don’t know what you’re getting until the chair arrives.
Then, if you’re unhappy with the chair, you have to deal with return policies, the cost of returning the chair, and all the other hassles that come with it. You either return it and absorb those costs, or you might just suck it up, live with the chair you bought, and try to make the best of it.
That’s why I think trying out a massage chair before you buy it is the best way to go.
Of course, we still have some returns from customers who try out chairs in our showroom, but your chances of having to return the chair are greatly reduced when you’ve actually tried it first.
