You’re going to have AI Custom Massage, which is a little different from the Body Health Sensing feature. Of course, this chair still has Body Health Sensing—someone can place their finger on the monitor, and it will record their blood pressure and heart rate, then generate a fatigue index. Based on those results, the chair offers the customer multiple recommended massage options tailored to how they’re feeling at that moment.
The difference with what we’re calling AI Massage is that it works more like a manual program. You’re actually able to set five different areas along the roller track itself and have the mechanism perform five different massage techniques at five different intensity levels. I’ve never seen this before.
For example, if your neck is really sore, you could set that section to 4D Level 1 with a tapping technique. Then, as the rollers move down just 3 to 4 inches, the chair can automatically transition to kneading at Level 5—perfect if you have a knot in that area.
It’s a different technology than what we’ve seen in the marketplace. The customer can control not only the depth but also the massage technique from the top to the bottom of the roller track.
