Hello, I’m Dr. Alan Weidner from Massage Chair Relief, and welcome to another segment of Massage Chair Relief LIVE.

I’m excited today because we have two special guests from Human Touch joining us to talk about their brand-new massage chair: the Super Novo X. This is a significant release in the massage chair industry, and I’m looking forward to learning more about its features.

We have Victor, the Senior VP of Sales for Human Touch, and Adam, the Product Manager who played a major role in developing this chair. Thank you both for being here.

Let’s jump right in.

Dr. Alan Weidner:
Victor, let’s start with you. Can you tell us how long Human Touch has been working on the Super Novo X? What prompted the development of an upgraded model?

Victor:
Absolutely. We’ve been working on the Super Novo X for several years. The original Super Novo was incredibly popular, but we wanted to take everything we learned from it—along with customer feedback—and build a next-generation version with better technology, a better user experience, and higher performance.

Dr. Alan Weidner:
Fantastic. And Adam, as the Product Manager, you were deeply involved in designing this chair. What were the main goals you had going into the project?

Adam:
One of our biggest goals was to deliver a more human-like massage experience. We completely redesigned the massage mechanism, increased its responsiveness, and improved how it adapts to different body types. We also upgraded the software, added new auto-programs, improved the touchscreen interface, and enhanced voice control.

Dr. Alan Weidner:
That’s impressive. One thing customers often ask about is the intensity level. Compared to the previous Super Novo, how does the Super Novo X feel?

Adam:
It offers stronger deep-tissue capabilities, but it also provides very gentle options. We wanted a broader intensity range so that both strong-massage users and sensitive users could enjoy it. The 4D mechanism gives you precise control over the roller depth and speed, making the massage feel much more natural.

Dr. Alan Weidner:
Great to hear. And Victor, what are some standout features that customers should know about?

Victor:
A few highlights:

• A brand-new 4D VarioFlex massage mechanism

• An updated SL-track system

• Enhanced calf and foot massage

• A redesigned touchscreen remote

• A large selection of auto-programs tailored for different needs

• And of course, premium upholstery and a more modern design

We wanted the Super Novo X to feel like a premium, luxury chair from the moment you sit in it.

Dr. Alan Weidner:
Wonderful. Before we wrap up, where does this chair fit within Human Touch’s lineup?

Victor:
It’s our new flagship model—the top of the line. If someone wants the best that Human Touch currently offers, this is it.
